With over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Tracey Phillips is a respected former corporate sales executive who has successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship. She is widely recognized for her ability to educate and empower entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporations through insightful presentations on the value of a tailored customer journey.
Tracey is known for her strategic, results-driven approach, ensuring businesses implement the right systems and processes from the very first touchpoint through every stage of the customer experience.
In 2019, she was honored as the Woman Business Owner of the Year by the Jacksonville Chamber and Professional Women’s Council (PWC).
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tracey remains actively engaged in her community. She served as the President of the Women Business Owners of North Florida in 2022 and 2023, and is currently on the Advisory Board for the Jacksonville Women's Center.
